Contract Cleaning - Employment Regulation Order 2022

A new ERO for the Contract Cleaning Industry was signed into law on the 7th March 2022. The new ERO (S.I. 110 of 2022) replaces the ERO signed in 2020 (S.I. 608 of 2020) and provides a new statutory minimum rate hourly rate of €11.50. This new rate applies from the 1st of April 2022. It provides for a further increase to €11.90 per hour from the 1st of April 2023 and €12.30 per hour from the 1st of April 2024.
