Register of Employer Exemptions pursuant to Section 10(8) of the Sick Leave Act 2022
Section 10 of the Sick Leave Act 2022 allows a party to apply to the Labour Court to exempt it from the application of the Sick Leave Act.

The Court has not made any section 10 decisions to exempt an employer from the obligation to pay statutory sick leave within the meaning of the Sick Leave Act 2022.
The Court will maintain a Register as required under Section 10 and any exemptions will be included on the Register as set out below:
