Early years- Joint Labour Committee- Proposals for Employment Regulation Order

Having had regard to the provisions of Section 42B(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1946, the Early Years’ Service Joint Labour Committee hereby gives notice that it has formulated Proposals to amend Section 1 Part 2 of SI 296 2024 and SI 297 2024 or the minimum remuneration and working conditions of workers in relation to whom the Committee operates.

Copies of the proposals, at the request of the Joint Labour Committee, are available on the website of the Labour Court at www.labourcourt.ie.

Any person wishing to make representations to the Joint Labour Committee in relation to the proposals should do so in the form of a written submission, by 5pm, on or before 23rd July 2025.

 Any such representations should be sent by post to The Secretary, Early Years’ Service Joint Labour Committee, Lansdowne House, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, or by E-mail to jlcsecretary@enterprise.gov.ie.

Representations received after that date shall not be considered.
