Early Years Service Joint Labour Committee Establishment Order Draft 2021

25th May 2021 - Notice of Intention to Hold an Inquiry into an Application to Establish an Early Years Service Joint Labour Committee pursuant to section 38 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946

Following receipt of an application from Damien English T.D., the Minister of State for Business, Employment and Retail, pursuant to Section 36 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 and following consideration by the Labour Court of such an application in accordance with Section 38 and subject to Section 37 of the Industrial Relations Act 1946, the Division has decided that it is appropriate to hear all parties appearing to the court to be interested and desiring to be heard before deciding to adopt the proposals.

To this end a remote hearing at will take place 9.30 a.m. on Friday 28th May 2021. Please note the change of time from our earlier posting on the matter.
